What Youll Do
You develop review negotiate and administer agreements with clients subcontractors vendors and partners while managing contractual risk and supporting successful project delivery. You partner with leadership finance legal counsel and operational teams to support corporate governance business compliance and regulatory obligations including tracking requirements and assisting in coordinating filings across multiple jurisdictions. Working collaboratively across the organization you identify contract and compliance issues recommend practical solutions guide agreements through their full lifecycle from review through execution. You will maintain accurate contract documentation coordinate contract administration activities and help ensure contractual obligations are met while supporting efficient business operations.
What You Bring:
A JD or masters degree in law or related field; and/ or 3 years in contract management.
Five or more years of experience reviewing negotiating and administering contracts preferably within a professional services consulting architecture engineering or related environment
Strong knowledge of contract terms risk management principles and contract lifecycle administration
Experience supporting corporate governance entity management and multi-state compliance requirements.
Strong legal research skills with attention towards corporate structures and state compliance
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
Exceptional attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
A proactive service-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement operational excellence and high-quality work
