Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced proactive and detail-oriented Café General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cafe / hospitality management excellent leadership abilities and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires someone who is highly organized people-focused and eager to stay hands-on with both operations and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café ensuring smooth
and efficient service
Lead train and supervise staff to maintain high performance and
exceptional customer service standards
Manage staff scheduling attendance and performance
evaluations
Ensure punctuality and time efficiency across all operations and
team members
Monitor inventory levels place orders and manage supplier
relationships
Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback in a
professional and timely manner
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and overall
profitability
Manage budgets track expenses and prepare financial reports
Maintain cleanliness ambiance and presentation of the café at all
times
Support and guide staff in the preparation of beverages including
coffee matcha boba and other specialty drinks
Oversee and contribute to the cafés social media presence and
customer engagement strategies

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Café Manager or in a similar
hospitality management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
Highly time-conscious with strong organizational abilities

Strong knowledge (or willingness to learn) how to prepare drinks
