Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Manager to oversee the effective management of residential developments ensuring residents enjoy safe comfortable and well-maintained living environments.

The role will lead the Facilities Management team to deliver exceptional customer service maintain communal facilities to high standards and ensure efficient operational and financial management of the developments.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Facilities Management team to deliver excellent resident services.

Ensure the effective maintenance and operation of communal facilities utilities and infrastructure.

Manage contractors maintenance teams and service providers to ensure quality and efficiency.

Maintain strong communication with resident associations and manage stakeholder engagement.

Oversee service charge administration billing processes and collections.

Drive operational efficiency and cost control while supporting revenue generation within the division.

Ensure compliance with health safety and operational standards across all developments.




Requirements

Requirements

Proven experience in Facilities Management Property Management or Estate Management.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing residential developments or multi-unit properties is an advantage.

Strong financial and operational management capability.

A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar Role.

Qualification in Facilities Management or Property Management or Related Field

Experience of managing high-end luxurious Properties

Expats with experience in the UAE/ Dubai will be preferred.
