JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

A start-up company in the energy sector based in Accra seeks to recruit a highly organised and professional Administration Manager to support its administrative regulatory and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and administrative systems
  • Provide executive and Board support
  • Support regulatory documentation and compliance activities
  • Coordinate HR procurement and stakeholder engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in office management or administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Experience in energy infrastructure or regulatory environments is an advantage.
