Job Summary
- Own end-to-end design for key product areas (discovery delivery iteration)
- Translate complex HR and business workflows into simple usable experiences
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define design and ship solutions
- Drive clarity in UX through strong information architecture and interaction design
- Contribute to and use Seamkit to ensure consistency and scalability across products
- Turn insights from research and data into practical design improvements
- Deliver high-quality UI and prototypes that are ready for engineering handoff
- Support other designers through feedback collaboration and shared standards
- 5 years of experience in product design (B2B SaaS or enterprise products)
- Strong portfolio showing both systems thinking and detailed execution
- Ability to simplify complex multi-role or workflow-heavy products
- Strong UX UI and interaction design skills
- Comfort working across both big-picture thinking and day-to-day delivery
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working in agile cross-functional teams
- Experience in fintech or financial systems is a plus
- Experience with HR-tech payroll or enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
- Experience working on multi-product ecosystems
- Exposure to AI-driven or data-informed product experiences
