1. Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute product and innovation strategies aligned with the companys mission to deliver cutting-edge business technology solutions.
2. Innovation Leadership: Drive ideation prototyping and adoption of new technologies that enhance organizational efficiency and competitiveness.
3. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee product development from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery and market relevance.
4. Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for new solutions.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering sales marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
6. Revenue & Growth Enablement: Ensure product initiatives contribute to revenue growth customer retention and market expansion.
7. Governance & Compliance: Ensure products meet industry standards regulatory requirements and cybersecurity best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Computer Science or related field.
- Masters degree (MBA MSc in Innovation Management or Technology Management) is an advantage.
- Specialized training in product management innovation strategy or digital transformation.
- Minimum 1012 years of progressive experience in product management innovation or strategy roles.
- Proven track record in business technology solution.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale product portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in launching new products and driving adoption in enterprise markets.
Required Skills:
