Business Analyst (AI & Prompt Engineering)

Division: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)

Within Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) the Hyper Automation Tribe drives the adoption of intelligent automation AI-enabled solutions and process optimisation across Euroclear.

We are looking for IT Newbies who want to start their career as a Business Analyst with a strong interest in:

• Artificial Intelligence
• Generative AI
• Prompt Engineering
• Hyper Automation initiatives

This role is business- and analysis-focused and does not require coding or software development skills.

You will contribute to the Hyper Automation Tribe by helping convert business needs into clear requirements AI prompts and automation use cases.

Your Role in the Hyper Automation Tribe

As a GDC IT Newbie Business Analyst you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Hyper Automation solutions including AI-powered tools and intelligent automation platforms.

You will work closely with:

• Business stakeholders
• Product Owners
• Automation AI and delivery teams within the Hyper Automation Tribe

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Understand and analyse business processes suitable for automation and AI enablement
• Capture structure and document business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
• Describe AS-IS and TO-BE processes with a focus on automation opportunities
• Support Product Owners and delivery teams in refining and prioritising backlog items

AI & Prompt Engineering (No Coding)

• Design test and improve prompts for Generative AI tools used within the Hyper Automation Tribe
• Translate business questions and needs into well-structured AI prompts
• Assess AI-generated outputs for quality accuracy compliance and business relevance
• Support the definition of AI and Hyper Automation use cases including expected business value and limitations
• Collaborate with automation and AI specialists without writing code

Hyper Automation Collaboration

• Participate in workshops and working sessions related to AI RPA and Hyper Automation initiatives
• Act as a communication bridge between business users and Hyper Automation delivery teams
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that automation and AI solutions meet business expectations

Learning & Continuous Improvement

• Learn Hyper Automation concepts such as AI-assisted automation intelligent workflows and process optimisation
• Follow GDC delivery standards SDLC controls and governance practices
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and Communities of Practice within the Hyper Automation Tribe

• Comfortable working with documentation processes and business requirements
