Job Title: Supply Finance Senior Analyst

Location: Warsaw Poland

Duration: 12 months

Rates: 18080 PLN/Month Gross on Employment contract

Job Description

Purpose of Role

  • The Supply Finance Analyst is an agile role to support value creation and efficient operations within the supply chain.
  • They will work with the Supply finance and non- finance stakeholders to support the financial processes within the wider team both from operational perspective and on project basis.
  • They will be critical to the smooth operations of period end and S&OP processes.
  • They will develop and leverage digital tools to perform deep dive analytics to work with the business partners and business stakeholders to unblock challenges and provoke opportunities for value creation.
  • Collaboration and effective relationship building will be critical.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Period end S&OP and annual planning of specific elements of the PnL for 3 factories in the region analysis of the actual vs forecast trends assessment of risks and opportunities in those areas
  • Support benchmarking and copying and sharing across the region and wider
  • Close collaboration with MGSF and outsource service provider on the reporting quality and timeliness
  • Develop and support development of digital tools to enable and drive performance analysis deep dives and ensure efficiency.
  • Prepare various ad-hoc reports and analyses to identify opportunities and enhance value creation this includes benchmarking across the sites leveraging insights from across and beyond the network. Support local/regional projects

  • Role modelling of continuous improvement mindset: enhancing standardizing and simplifying processes as well as driving digitalization/ automation

Key Functional Skills/Knowledge

  • Technical understanding of cost and management accounting systems and processes capital project evaluation and analytical techniques.

  • General business acumen with demonstrated ability to understand the functional interdependencies
  • Financial Insights and Analysis Well understanding of systems and processes as well as digital tools to derive critical insights from this information and the effective communication of financial information and insights to the business.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
  • 3 years relevant work experience with manufacturing or supply chain business partnering experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA CPA or CMA
