Business Analyst System Analyst

Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Analytics Team within a Program delivered for a large public institution. The Program involves the delivery of IT Solutions by multiple contractors and vendors.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Working within a team of Business Analysts and collaborating with System and Enterprise Architects.
Ensuring that documentation created by external vendors complies with the Programs methodology and industry standards.
Supervising the quality of Business and System Analysis documentation.
Maintaining the analytical methodology applied within the Program and ensuring it remains up to date in the context of a changing technological and business environment.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Knowledge of UML and BPM notation and experience using them in Sparx Enterprise Architect.
At least 4 years of experience in gathering and specifying functional and non-functional requirements developing assumptions and identifying system constraints.
Experience in modeling business processes using BPMN and UML in at least two projects.
Experience working as a business-system analyst in at least two projects delivered using Agile methodology each with a value of no less than PLNgross throughout their entire lifecycle.
At least 6 years of professional experience.
Fluent Polish language skills.
