Business Analyst Professional - RDT Group Function
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst and Product Owner to partner with the Business Product Owners in translating compliance requirements into strategic digital solutions. You will drive the strategic vision roadmap and delivery of Compliance-related products within Roche. This includes platforms supporting Group Audit and Risk Advisory Group Compliance spanning global teams across Pharma and Diagnostics. The Technical Business Analyst and Product Owner will play a key role in analyzing complex business processes identifying optimization opportunities and enabling automation and digitization of the compliance processes from review approval oversight to monitoring review and governance frameworks ensuring alignment with the One Roche philosophy.

About RDT Group Functions Compliance Product in Legal Compliance & Group Communication sub-function: as a trusted and agile partner we are empowered to boost global innovative solutions on the group risk compliance and assurance digital prioritization journey.
The Compliance Product allows Roche to manage global risk ensure financial and legal compliance and provide assurance of compliant processes and behavior in other words ensuring that the provisions of these regulations are met in practice. As part of the Compliance Product Roche Digital Technology (RDT) creates manages and operates solutions which improve processes efficiency effectiveness and collaboration especially among Group Compliance communities Group Audit and Risk Advisory (GA & RA).
The opportunity:
Drive the detailed discovery scoping and analysis of compliance audit and risk processes across global teams to target current pain points and maximize optimization opportunities.
Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and technical specifications for development teams bridging the gap between business and tech.
Develop comprehensive business cases cost-benefit analyses and impact assessments for compliance products to systematically quantify and deliver measurable business value.
Collaborate closely with the Business Product Owner to define compliance product strategies roadmap priorities and long-term tech goals like AI-driven solutions.
Lead vendor selection processes by defining business criteria conducting fit-for-purpose assessments and partnering with Procurement to satisfy privacy and data security rules.
Facilitate global requirements workshops across Compliance GA&RA Pharma and Diagnostics teams to seamlessly harmonize and prioritize cross-functional business needs.
Own the technical solution definition and requirements management from initial ideation and prototyping through to testing adoption and support transitions.
Ensure all compliance platforms fully align with Roches legal regulatory data privacy and security standards while strictly maintaining requirement traceability trails.
Who you are:
Education & Experience: You possess a Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field combined with previous experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Product Owner.
Industry Expertise: You have a proven track record working within compliance audit risk or governance environments ideally within the global corporate pharmaceutical or diagnostics industries.
Analytical Mastery: You are highly proficient in business analysis methodologies workflow mapping requirement elicitation and creating data-driven business cases.
Technical Acumen: You demonstrate a deep understanding of IT systems database architectures product lifecycle management and a strong familiarity with automated or AI-driven compliance innovations.
Stakeholder Diplomacy: You show exceptional skills in building trust navigating complex organizational dynamics and harmonizing competing priorities across global multifunctional teams.
Communication Excellence: You are adept at translating complex technical terms into clear business language and vice versa possessing strong presentation skills for executive audiences.
Problem-Solving Agility: You approach complex challenges with a solution-oriented mindset comfortably managing ambiguity to deliver value through incremental pragmatic digital solutions.

Salary range 14175 - 26325 PLN gross monthly based on the employment contract.

Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors including your skills experience qualifications and addition to base pay this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.
