- Performs a range of mainly straightforward assignments when entering this job level developing towards having full accountability processes or business objectives
- Continues to build knowledge of the company processes and customers by leading projects or project steps within a broader project

- Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
- Can be a Line Manager for Business Operations and T1 roles (up to 3)
- This is typically a job with more authority and responsibility at this job level. It should be selected to recognize differences which are not enough to be represented by a separate job level such as increased proficiency in skills/competencies to perform responsibilities greater impact to the business unit customer segment geography etc. May also provide guidance or leadership to other Associates.
Job Family Group:

- Provides dual roles of Financial Custodian and Co-Pilot for the business.
- As Custodian Finance plays a critical role to create and maintain a controlled environment for the business to help maintain its financial integrity.
- As Co-Pilot Finance plays an active role in helping set the strategic direction of the business as well as providing decision-making support to deliver financial commitments and improve overall business performance.
Job Family:
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Provide the management of systems and processes to produce high quality financial information and to derive critical insights.
- With these insights gain alignment of the business units financial shape and targets with business/client stakeholders.
- Partner with the business to deliver the financial performance of the business by driving robust decisions.
Strategic Finance & Analytics
- Act as strategic financial and operational thought partner to cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
- Develop financial forecasts with value-added insight while identifying risks and opportunities.
- Analyze pricing strategies and build dynamic detailed and scalable financial and operational models driven by key financial and operational metrics.
