CPT is seeking a Program Analyst III to support the Gun Weapon Systems Division (E30) at NSWC Dahlgren. This role directly supports U.S. Navy gun weapon system development evaluation and sustainment programs in a collaborative mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals requirements and objectives for E30 Gun Weapon Systems programs.
- Develop life cycle cost analyses and perform cost-benefit or economic evaluations of current and projected programs.
- Develop and maintain program reporting systems including specifications data gathering analytical techniques and evaluation methodology.
- Analyze new or proposed legislation regulations and requirements to determine impact on program operations and engineering design.
- Develop management and/or program evaluation plans procedures and methodology.
- Analyze and evaluate proposed changes in mission or operating procedures and prepare relevant documentation.
- Prepare and maintain program schedules briefings and status reports for government stakeholders.
- Support coordination between engineering contracts and program management teams in alignment with E30 mission objectives.
Requirements
- 58 years of general experience with at least 4 years of specialized experience in program analysis.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing program effectiveness and developing cost analyses or economic evaluations.
- Experience developing program reporting systems and gathering/interpreting analytical data.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Active Secret clearance required.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting Navy or DoD Gun Weapon Systems programs.
- Familiarity with NSWC Dahlgren or naval surface warfare program offices.
- Experience with Navy financial and reporting tools (e.g. eCRAFT N-ERP).
