UXUI Designer (fmdiv.)
Job Summary
- Support the transition of existing projects from Sketch to Figma ensuring that design integrity and functionality are maintained.
- Create and prototype intuitive graphical interfaces aligned with best design practices and user needs.
- Facilitate and support usability tests with end-users gathering feedback to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate in a continuous improvement environment contributing ideas and suggestions to optimize processes and products.
- Develop the information architecture and define interactions for new and existing features ensuring a smooth and intuitive navigation.
- Work in collaboration with other designers and the development team fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications :
- A degree in User Interface Design UX Design Communication Design Multimedia Design or Product Design.
- A solid understanding of best practices and trends in digital interface design.
- Tools: Proficiency in creating user interfaces using tools such as Figma Sketch Illustrator After Effects etc.
- Familiarity with user-centered design methods and techniques including wireframes flowcharts and storyboards.
- The ability to explore various solutions for design problems evaluating the pros and cons of different approaches.
- The ability to structure information architecture and navigation mechanisms using the appropriate tools for each situation.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies including their terminology and objectives.
- Good command of English both spoken and written to facilitate communication in an international environment.
- A proactive attitude critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Being dynamic proactive and able to collaborate effectively in a team.
