Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking an LLM Reliability Engineer to design and implement evaluation systems for LLM-driven applications such as bid generation.
This role focuses on building structured frameworks to assess and improve output quality across relevance accuracy and correctness.
You will work hands-on with LLMs evaluation pipelines and content quality systems while collaborating closely with AI product and domain teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design and implement evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs (relevance accuracy correctness completeness consistency)
Develop scoring rubrics and evaluation metrics aligned to business use cases
Build and maintain evaluation datasets including golden sets and adversarial cases
Develop automated evaluation pipelines and regression testing systems
Use Claude / LLM APIs to implement LLM-as-a-judge and scoring workflows
Analyze outputs identify failure patterns and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with AI/ML teams domain experts and product stakeholders

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
Experience in Data Science ML NLP or related
Strong statistics and evaluation methodology knowledge
Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompting basic RAG hallucination awareness)
Proficiency in Python (Pandas NumPy)
Experience building evaluation/testing frameworks
Exposure to Claude/OpenAI APIs
Ability to define quantitative and qualitative metrics

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with LLM evaluation tools (LangSmith TruLens DeepEval Arize)
Experience with text-heavy/content-driven systems
Human-in-the-loop evaluation understanding
Experience with production ML/AI systems
