About the role
As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Enphase Energy you will engage with customers across the US market to qualify interest understand their energy needs and drive revenue through both new sales and strategic cross-sell/upsell opportunities. You will play a key role in maximizing customer lifetime value by promoting the full suite of Enphase solar solutions.
This role requires working in the US shift managing a high-quality sales pipeline and delivering consistent revenue growth in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.
What you will be doing
- Engage prospective and existing customers in the US solar market via calls emails and virtual consultations
- Educate customers on Enphase solar solutions including microinverters storage and service offerings
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on customer usage lifecycle stage and energy needs
- Drive revenue by promoting add-ons upgrades subscriptions and system enhancements
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Perform consultative needsanalysis and present tailored solar solutions
- Manage the full inside sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
- Generate quotes negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Maintain and update customer interactions in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and unlock repeat sales and upgrade opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing installers support) to enhance customer experience and revenue outcomes
Who you are and what you bring
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in inside sales preferably in the US market
- Shift: US Shift (Night Shift India)
- Should be a Graduate should have scored 60% and above in 10th12th and graduation.
- Domain: Experience in solar/renewable energy or product-based sales preferred
- Strong track record in cross-selling upselling and revenue expansion
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales and revenue targets
- Strong consultative selling objection handling and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills with a US-friendly accent
- Ability to work in US shift (night shift in India)
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms
- Data-driven mindset with focus on conversion rates deal size and customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Self-motivated proactive and adaptable
