About the role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in German (C1 or native) to join our growing B2B sales team in Sofia. You will be the first point of contact for prospects in the DACH market generating qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting cold calling and multi-channel outreach. Whether you prefer working from our modern Sofia office or remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria we offer the flexibility to match your lifestyle backed by full relocation support and a competitive signing bonus for candidates who move to join us.
What you will do
- Prospect and qualify new B2B leads in the DACH region through cold calls email sequences and LinkedIn outreach
- Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers (C-level VP directors)
- Research accounts identify key contacts and tailor messaging to each buyer persona
- Book discovery meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and pipeline data in the CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs: calls emails meetings booked and SQLs generated
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on feedback loops and campaign iteration
Requirements
Must-have
- Native or near-native German language skills (C1 minimum)
- Solid command of English (B2) for internal communication
- Proven experience in B2B sales SDR BDR or inside sales roles
- Ability to communicate value propositions clearly and handle objections
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot or similar)
