The role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Queensland Industrial Team. This role supports project delivery by managing administrative tasks coordinating communication and ensuring smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams including document control scheduling and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings prepare agendas draft minutes and manage project correspondence.
• Assist in tracking project progress budgets and resources.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support compliance with company policies quality standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in project administration or similar roles preferably within industrial or engineering sectors.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite ProjectWise experience beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment.
