The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Team Administrator to support our Melbourne Urban Infrastructure team. Working closely with our engineers you will be a vital member of the team supporting projects and the broader administrative function.
This role is ideal for someone who brings strong organisational skills a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality administrative support in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality proposals for the team
- Prepare coordinate and distribute documents reports and presentations
- Provide administrative support and coordination for the local team
- Provide functional and wider company support adhering to SMECs policies and procedures
- Develop effective and collaborative relationships with internal contacts and external stakeholders that contribute to the success of the business
About You
- Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational capability
- Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to build trusted relationships and deliver high-quality service
