VIP Services Executive

Curate and deliver refined 5-star service experiences exceeding guest expectations through detail-driven hospitality.

• Deliver personalised guest experiences with a strong focus on VIPs loyalty members long-stay guests and special occasions.
• Coordinate pre-arrival communications to anticipate guest needs and arrange tailored experiences.
• Ensure all guest profiles are accurately maintained and updated to support personalised service delivery.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries requests and service recovery situations.
• Coordinate and oversee the preparation and delivery of in-room amenities including quality checks for VIP arrivals.
• Build strong internal relationships to ensure smooth guest journeys across all touchpoints of the hotel.
• Act as a brand ambassador by upholding presentation standards promoting hotel services and delivering service excellence aligned with luxury hospitality expectations.

Qualifications :

• 23 years experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment with a passion for service excellence.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Opera Microsoft Office and hotel systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Highly organised adaptable and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding 5-star service standards.
