Job Summary:
The Help Desk Analyst provides technical support to staff and internal participants both in person and remotely for a variety of hardware and software issues. This includes troubleshooting tier 1 computer problems supporting audio/video equipment and assisting with help desk tickets. The role requires travel between office locations using a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
The Help Desk Analyst provides technical support to staff and internal participants both in person and remotely for a variety of hardware and software issues. This includes troubleshooting tier 1 computer problems supporting audio/video equipment and assisting with help desk tickets. The role requires travel between office locations using a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
Location:Machias Maine United States
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support for desktops/laptops printers scanners audio/video equipment VOIP desk-sets document cameras and presentation software.
- Diagnoses and resolves tier 1 computer issues.
- Assists with help desk tier 1 trouble tickets.
- Supports hardware and software used for electronic record keeping.
- Ensures information systems operate securely and reliably.
- Maintains and manages hardware inventory data.
- Assists in drafting and documenting department and operational procedures.
- Writes work orders for vendor services.
- Supports and learns various platforms (e.g. Zoom Windows OSX Google Unix Android IOS).
- May host remote video proceedings in special circumstances.
