RAPIDLY GROWING company is looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help them build an impactful L&D function/department.

SUMMARY:
- This role will be a key member of the companys L&D/Talent Development/Talent Management team
- Will design develop and implement a variety of learning processes/programs to help the company to continue to grow
- Lead a team of 2 L&D Coordinators

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of L&D experience
- Experience implementing and delivering a variety of L&D initiatives
- Experience working with employees of all levels
