Job Summary:
Area Sales Manager to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets within an assigned region. The role involves managing a sales team developing new markets maintaining customer relationships monitoring competitor activities and preparing sales reports.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To achieving sales volume target
- Visit customer shops in coverage area both urban and remote areas
- Maintain existing customers with proper relationships and sell products to new customers
- Develop markets through sales amount and new product models
- Plan and execute product displays and propose merchandising in good locations
- Collect information on prices and competitors and update to sales director
- Build customer relationships and solve pending tasks
- Maintain customer database
- Generate sales report for daily weekly and monthly reports to sales director
- Other tasks assigned by the manager
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related fields
- 3 years of sales experience preferably with 1 years in a supervisory role
- Be able to communicate in English and well understand computer literacy
- Strong leadership negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned area
