What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Test Technician to join our technical team and ensure the quality reliability and performance of our VEGA Chargers.
The ideal candidate has a strong hands-on technical background enjoys testing and troubleshooting and feels comfortable working closely with hardware and software teams to validate cutting-edge EV charging technology.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Testing & Validation
Execute and document quality performance and reliability tests following established test protocols.
Develop and perform manual and automated test procedures.
Analyze test results detect deviations and propose corrective actions.
Ensure proper automation performance and reliability in product testing.
Monitor and improve quality and performance metrics.
System Testing & Troubleshooting
Perform functional and integration tests of the charging system.
Identify and troubleshoot issues across hardware firmware and software.
Support root cause analysis in collaboration with R&D teams.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
Work closely with R&D teams (HW FW SW Electrical) to ensure product quality.
Identify opportunities to improve testing and validation processes.
Participate in continuous improvement and technical problem-solving initiatives.
Support the certification process with external laboratories.
Maintain updated technical documentation and test reports.
Requirements
Advanced Vocational Training program in:
Industrial Electronics
Multiplatform Application Development (DAM)
Telecommunications Automation or similar technical fields.
Experience in testing validation or system integration roles.
Knowledge of testing methodologies validation protocols and testing tools.
Familiarity with communication protocols:
CAN
Ethernet
TCP/IP HTTP MQTT
Ability to analyse data identify issues and propose technical solutions.
Hands-on mindset and willingness to work in a laboratory environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with EV charging systems or power electronics.
Knowledge of OCPP.
Basic scripting or automation experience for testing.
