JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the development of our engineering activities in Spain we are looking for a Senior Test & Validation Engineer (M/F).
Reporting to a technical manager you will contribute to the development validation and continuous improvement of test solutions used throughout the product lifecycle from integration and verification phases to industrial and production environments.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test solutions and validation environments
Define execute and optimize verification and validation activities
Design and implement test procedures test sequences and test strategies
Contribute to test coverage analysis and product quality improvement
Support debugging root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Participate in system integration and qualification activities
Produce and maintain technical documentation related to specifications validation and maintenance
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including systems software electronics and manufacturing
Provide technical support to operational and production teams when required
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices
YOUR PROFILE
You hold a Masters degree in Engineering Electronics Automation Telecommunications or a related field and have significant experience in testing validation or systems integration activities.
Requirements
Experience in test engineering validation or verification activities
Knowledge of test automation methodologies
Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python C C or similar
Understanding of complex electronic embedded or system-level architectures
Ability to analyze technical issues and drive problem-solving activities
Experience working with technical documentation specifications and validation reports
Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
Autonomous proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with automated test equipment or test benches
Experience in aerospace defence transportation automotive industrial or high-tech environments
Knowledge of hardware validation embedded systems or electronics testing
Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with industrialization or manufacturing support activities
Exposure to system integration and qualification processes
Languages
Fluent Spanish is mandatory
