We are currently hiring a German-speaking Google Ads Account Manager to join an international team in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity to work with a global portfolio of clients and help them launch and grow their first online advertising campaigns.
Purpose of the Role
In this role you will partner with a portfolio of new clients supporting them in building and optimizing their online advertising strategies. You will play a key role in driving business growth through tailored digital marketing solutions.
This is a target-driven position where you will work towards individual goals while being part of a collaborative onboarding team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted consultant to onboard clients and develop PPC campaigns
Identify and understand customer needs and business objectives
Drive account growth by increasing spend and identifying upsell opportunities
Manage a high volume of clients through outbound calls
Provide strategic guidance to ensure long-term campaign success
Deliver excellent customer experience and achieve performance targets
Candidate Profile
BA/BS degree or equivalent (Masters degree is a plus)
12 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to pitch effectively and create compelling proposals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Client-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment
German (C1 level) and high level of English
