Global IT Manager

We are seeking a Hands-on Global IT Manager to lead our IT operations across multiple this position you will lead a team of engineers while remaining actively engaged in troubleshooting system configuration and technical execution.

What Youll Do

• Lead and manage a team of IT engineers supporting global operations across multiple regions.
• Act as a hands-on technical leaderwilling to actively troubleshoot configure systems and support critical issues when needed.
• Ensure high availability performance and security of the companys IT infrastructure.
• Oversee and participate in the design implementation and maintenance of IT systems (endpoints servers cloud services and business applications).
• Own incident management processes including escalation root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Drive standardization automation and scalability of IT operations in a growing dynamic environment.
• Collaborate closely with Security DevOps and business teams to ensure systems meet both operational and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to security policies best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g. SOC ISO GDPR).  
• Manage vendors and external partners where applicable.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.

Qualifications :

• Proven IT leadership experience in fast-paced scaling or startup-like environments combined with a strong ownership mindset pragmatism attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves and directly engage in technical work when required.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Active Directory Azure AD M365) and the Atlassian Stack (Jira Confluence Bitbucket) alongside experience with endpoint/device management and scripting/automation skills (PowerShell Python).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN VPN firewalls) and a strong grasp of IT security principles and best practices
• Experience operating across distributed multi-location international environments backed by excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS) MDM solutions (e.g. Workspace ONE) and VoIP systems (Amazon Connect Zoom SBC)
• Broader exposure to security domains (network security IAM security tooling) and experience supporting engineering or software development teams.
