About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HubSpot Project Manager for our this client-facing role youll lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM and RevOps projects primarily within HubSpot across marketing sales and customer success functions. Acting as the main point of contact youll manage stakeholder communication coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Youll also play a consultative role supporting clients with CRM strategy process optimization and automation best practices while continuously improving internal workflows and client outcomes. This is a remote position requiring flexibility to collaborate across time zones particularly North America.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Proficiency: Native or professional-level English proficiency with clear and concise communication.
- Project Management Experience: 3 years in project management account management or customer success ideally within CRM RevOps or business operations environments.
- CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms including implementations integrations and process optimization.
- Client-Facing Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships act as a trusted advisor and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Multi-Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience tracking KPIs reporting on performance and providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Nice to haves:
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification and HubSpot certifications are highly advantageous.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in B2B marketing sales or customer success operations.
- Operational Experience: Experience managing project budgets optimizing resources and improving internal processes.
- Marketing & Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with inbound/outbound strategies and best practices.
