Overview
Were hiring a Lead Manager / Junior Closer to support a fast-moving real estate investment business focused on wholesaling and flipping properties. This role sits at the front of the sales pipelinequalifying inbound and outbound leads building rapport with sellers and progressing deals toward close.
Youll work closely with a small high-output team and play a key role in converting opportunities generated through cold calling efforts.

Our client is a Jacksonville-based real estate investment company specializing in purchasing homes quickly for cash. Their model is simple and effectiveleveraging a team of virtual assistants to generate leads and focusing internally on converting those leads into deals.
They operate with a lean detail-driven approach and are looking for someone who is both organized and naturally sales-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated by cold calling campaigns
- Qualify motivated sellers and assess deal potential
- Build rapport quickly and guide conversations toward next steps
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture and convert opportunities
- Accurately update CRM with notes status updates and next actions
- Coordinate with the acquisitions/closing team to move deals forward
- Support basic negotiation and assist in closing deals where applicable
Requirements
- Previous experience in lead management inside sales or closing (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a confident conversational approach
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding sales conversations
- Experience working with CRMs and sales pipelines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate wholesaling acquisitions or dispositions
- Familiarity with cold calling workflows and lead generation funnels
- Basic understanding of property valuation and deal analysis
