About Our Client
We are looking for a People & Culture Manager for our global industrial client.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree (BAC4/5) with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles (including employee relations) in industrial environments; high-potential profiles from related fields are also welcome
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Hands-on operational mindset with strong emotional intelligence
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills comfortable working with data and digital tools
- Recognized for collaborative leadership ability to drive change unite teams and support their development
- Fluent in French and English
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute alongside management to improving workplace climate and employee relations through regular on-site presence and application of local regulations
- Support the development and execution of the business strategy by assisting managers and employees through organizational changes and engagement initiatives (recruitment and onboarding training and development performance management compensation internal communication etc.)
- Promote operational excellence in People & Culture by ensuring high-quality daily support (time management payroll HR administration compensation and benefits budget monitoring etc.)
- Lead the local deployment of People & Culture strategy in compliance with regulations while fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance both individual and collective performance
- Drive transformation and change by embodying and reinforcing culture
