Weareseekinga proactive and confident Business Support Officer to play a key role in supporting our busy HealthandSafety Service. Every day youwill be at the heart of our advisory functionresponding to queries helping services navigate complex issues and ensuring decisions are safe informed and aligned with statutory responsibilities.

The Health & Safety service delivers professional audit advisory training and incidentinvestigation support to ensure statutory compliance reduce corporate risk and maintain core staff competencies.

You will be relied on torecognise when matters need escalating often in situations where staff may be distressed or conversations emotionally challenging. Alongside this youwill provide highquality administrative and governance support from preparing agendas and minutes to maintaining action plans across key HealthandSafety Boards and steering groups.
