As our Operations Executive you will undertake a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the Operations function. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across people processes business incident management and procurement activities. The role is ideal for someone who is highly organised proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What youll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in an operational support addition to this you will also demonstrate:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience of minute taking.
- Confident using Microsoft Office digital workflow and Governance Risk and Compliance tools.
- Experience in HR administration procurement or incident management is beneficial but not essential.
- Possess first-class communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence.
