Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our clients team as a Deputy Office Manager. This is a varied and fast-

paced role that will involve supporting the Manager with day-to-day operations of the business ensuring all

administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high

standards of organisation communication and customer service across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out a wide range of administrative duties including filing scanning data entry and document management

Answering incoming telephone calls taking messages and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

Managing incoming and outgoing emails in a professional and timely manner

Preparing and formatting documents reports spreadsheets and correspondence

Maintaining and updating internal databases and systems with accurate information

Assisting with order processing invoicing and general office administration tasks

Supporting management and colleagues with ad hoc administrative duties as required

Ensuring all records are kept up to date and comply with company procedures

Liaising with customers suppliers and external contacts in a professional manner

Helping to improve administrative processes and suggesting efficiencies where appropriate

Requirements:

Good IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and general computer systems.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A positive enthusiastic and proactive attitude

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Must have own transport and a full valid driving licence due to location or occasional travel requirements
