BuckleshamPrimary Schoolhas a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time 3 or 4 days per weekOffice Administrator who will have jointresponsibility for managing the general operation of the school office and its business and administrative support to all members of our school community building strong relationships with our staff team ourchildrenand our families.

Your responsibilities:

  • facilities management administration

  • reception and front of school duties

  • PA support to thestaffteamand Headteacher

  • ensuring the office function provides a quality service and runs efficiently

  • planningdevelopingandmonitoringwhole school systemsproceduresand policies

  • first aid.

What you will need:

  • strong interpersonal skills

  • excellent customer service skills

  • office management and administration experience or similar

  • excellent organisational skills

  • ability to be flexible and adapt to multiple tasks.

Located in a small rural village just outside of Ipswich the school is driven by a strong nurturing ethos which supports the development of the whole child. The school has four mixed age classes with just over 100 children and we are keen to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Office Administrator to support the efficient running of the school. There is some flexibility around 3 or 4 days a week through job sharing with an existing member of staff.
