Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Business Partner to the Sales Leaders & General Manager of the Region.
  • Data backed analytics insights correlation with financial performance and actionable recommendations to the business to drive profitable growth.
  • Channel Strategy Channel Management Channel Categorization Channel Incentives Channel Partner Program.
  • Engagement with Sales Teams for Pipeline Management Sales Forecasting Analytics Dashboarding & Reporting.
  • Weekly Order Book & Sales Report for the assigned businesses with Insights / Takeaways / Suggested Actions.
  • Develop and install meaningful Sales and Commercial Analytics that capture key performance indicators linking back to targets and driving tangible actions where necessary to meet the individual sales target.
  • Drive the best practice usage of CRM through
  • Drive the implementation of regional Sales MOS (Management Operating System).
  • Work cross-functionally with Leadership Sales and other associated functions to gather inputs and drive the weekly review of forecast and create the material required for reviews at the local and regional level each week.
  • Drive consistent Account Planning practices within the Sales teams.
  • Work closely with the Global Learning & Development (Training) team to deliver competency development for Sales
  • Works closely with Global Analytics team to deliver analytical requirements for the region.
  • Partner with the GM/Business Leaders to plan & distribute the annual quota from business to individual sellers.
  • Sales Incentive Plan formulation and execution.

Requirements

  • Adept at Data Handling Data Cleaning Data Presentation Analytics & Problem Solving.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel / Tableau / Power BI / Automation tools / PPT.
  • Working experience with or similar CRM Dashboards & Reports will be added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal & written Communication excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills specifically in Advanced Excel Power BS and PPT.
  • Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.
