Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

Being a member of our Consulting team means you will specialize in a particular competency - Risk Technology Consulting or IT Risk & Assurance. Our Technology Consulting team is focused on helping clients improve operational efficiency and security while also reducing costs and managing risk.

In this role we are looking for an experiencedSAP FICO Senior Managerto join our growing SAP Finance team. As a Senior Manager in the ITConsulting Services team to work on various SAP Implementation projects for our customers across the globe. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative scalable and compliant solutions within the SAP FI/CO landscape.

Your Key Responsibilities

• As a Senior Manager youll assist in developing applicable methodologies tools approaches points of view thought leadership and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market. These are shared with all EY market facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market.
• As a Senior Manager you will be involved in different phases of various ongoing SAP Implementation Projects and contribute effectively.
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.

• Skilled in team leadership adhering to the project methodology and PMO processes/procedures planning the data teams work leading local and offshore resources reporting status logging and escalating risks/issues/decisions participating in program governance etc.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with SAP Finance and Controlling Module
• Effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication presentation client service and technical writing skills coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.
• Demonstrate characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge.
• Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects.
• A strong work ethic
• Prior client facing consulting experience

What we look for

• Candidate must be a qualified CA / ICWA / ICMA/ MBA Finance in a reputed institution with a sound industry/domain experience and SAP relevant experience with 10 years
• Experience of having worked in an onsite- offshore delivery model
• Project Management experience should be of leading at least a team of 10-15 members
• Experience with leading business blueprint gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP enabled solutions
• Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules against a published plan
• Development of project documentation including business process flows training materials requirements gathering and project management methodology experience required
• Experience should be in End-to-end Implementation Rollout Support upgrade enhancements in the below areas.
  • SAP Finance FI- New General Ledger & Profit Center Accounting FI-Accounts Payable FI-Bank accounting and FI-Asset Accounting.
  • Exposure on SAP Simple Finance GL Accounting Asset Accounting and CO Overhead Cost Controlling & Profitability Analysis.
  • SAP Finance Taxation and Withholding Taxes.
  • SAP Finance Closing activities Validations and Substitutions & Reporting.
  • Controlling- CO-Cost element accounting CO-Cost Center Accounting and CO-Internal Orders.
  • Knowledge on CO-PA & Product Costing (Planning and cost object controlling).
  • FI integration with MM SD HR & PS.
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Experience on FIORI APPS BO-DS BW HANA and other reporting tools
