Your work profile

Strategy & Leadership

• Define enterprise IAM strategy aligned with business security and compliance requirements
• Lead multiple Oracle IDAM programs and large delivery teams across geographies
• Act as a trusted advisor to CIO CISO and security leadership
• Establish IAM governance models policies and best practices
• Drive presales solutioning effort estimation and proposals for IAM engagements

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design end-to-end Oracle IAM architecture for on-prem cloud and hybrid environments
• Architect secure access models including RBAC ABAC and least-privilege access
• Define integration patterns with ERP HCM CX EPM custom apps and third-party systems
• Ensure scalability high availability DR and performance of IAM platforms

Implementation & Delivery

• Lead implementation of:
• Oracle Identity Governance (OIG)
• Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
• Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) / Internet Directory (OID)
• Oracle IDCS / OCI IAM
• Oversee user lifecycle management: joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes
• Implement SSO MFA adaptive authentication and privileged access integrations
• Manage data migration upgrades and version transitions
• Ensure secure integration with cloud platforms (OCI Azure AD AWS IAM)

Key skills required

• Experience:Typically5 to 8 yearsof Oracle ERP experience with at least3 to 5 yearsspecifically in Oracle Cloud O2C implementations.
• Functional Expertise:Deep understanding of credit management billing receivables revenue recognition and accounting principles.
• Technical Proficiency:Skilled in Oracle reporting and data tools includingOTBIBI Publisher andFBDI/ADFdifor data conversion.
• Certifications:Oracle Financials Cloud(AR GL or CM) or SCM Cloud (Order Management) certifications are highly preferred
• Technical Proficiency:Skilled in using tools likeFBDIADFdiOTBI and basicSQLfor data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Methodology:Familiarity with implementation methodologies such asOracle Unified Method (OUM)and Agile frameworks.
• Certifications: Oracle Procurement Cloud Certification is highly preferred.
