Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Boomi Integration Engineer to design build and supportsecure scalable andproductionreadyenterprise integrationsusingDell BoomiAtomSphere. This role is primarily focused onBoomi developmentAPIledintegrations and production support with strongdatabase development skillsandJavaused as supporting capabilities to offload and centralize business logic whereappropriate.

Core Responsibilities

• Design develop deploy and supportenterprise integrations using Dell BoomiAtomSphere

• Build and manageBoomi processes APIs connectors listeners and reusable components

• Configure and manageAtoms Molecules Atom Clouds and environments acrossDev / Test / Prod

• ImplementAPI managementincluding policies throttling rate limiting and versioning

• Develop integrations usingREST SOAP HTTP/S FTP/SFTP file-based and event-driven patterns

• Implementrobust error handling alerting retries reprocessing and exception frameworks

• SupportBoomi Atom Queuesand asynchronous integration patterns

• Work withXML JSON CSV EDI (X12 / EDIFACT)and database-based integrations

• PerformBoomi platform governance deployment management and connector license administration

• ProvideL2/L3 production support monitoringintegrationsand meeting SLA/SLO requirements

• Document integration flows data mappings dependencies and operational runbooks

Java & Supporting Skills

• Working knowledge ofJava 17Spring Boot andMicroservices architecture

• Build and consumeRESTful APIsandWebservicesusing Java and webserver like Tomcat

• Developcustom Java or Groovy scriptswithin Boomi for complex transformations

• Experiencewriting coreJavaBatchprogramsfor bulk and scheduled processing

Database Development & Data Processing

• Strong hands-on experience withOracle and PostgreSQLdatabases

• Write andoptimizecomplex SQL queriesto supportintegrationand reporting

• Design and developstored procedures functions and packagesto implement business logic at the database layer

• LeveragePL/SQL(or equivalent procedural SQL) to handleData Validation & Transformations Aggregations and Calculations High Volume data processing and batch operations

• Tune queries indexes and execution plans forperformance and scalability

• Collaborate with application and integration layers topush logic down to the databasewhere appropriate

• Troubleshootdatarelatedproduction issuessuch as locking performance degradation and data inconsistencies

Security & Production Readiness (Must Have)

• Strong fundamentals ofsecurity protocols including:SFTP HTTPS Encryption (PGP AES) protocols

• Hands-on experiencein Key Managements rotationexpirationhandling

• Experience managingSSL/TLS certificateslikeInstallation renewal trust chains keystores and handshake errors

• Wellversedincommon production issueslike Expired/Mismatched Certs Invalid PGP Keys / Pass phrases TLS/Cipher incompatibilities Authentication & Authorizationfailures networkfirewallproxyand connectivity issues:

• Ensure integrationscomply withenterprise security compliance and audit standards

Preferred / Huge Plus

• Experience building and deploying Agentic AI modules using Boomi AI Agent Builder

• Focus oncustom agent design and deploymentnotautogenerated integrations

• Experience buildingagent workflows outside of Boomiand integrating them into Boomi is also astrong plus

Required Experience

• 7 years of hands-on Dell Boomi experiencein enterprise environments

• Strong background inintegration patternsAPIledconnectivity and production support

• Proven experience supportingmissioncriticalintegrationswith strict SLAs

• Strongdatabase development experience(SQL stored procedures performance tuning)

• Boomi Certifications(Integration Professional Solution Design Specialist)

• Experience withSalesforceCoupa SAP(ECC) S4/Hana SharePoint Office 365 and B2B/EDI integrations
