Job Summary

Profile:HR Head-Entertainment-Surat-60k

Experience:5 - 7 Years in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Head role

Salary Range: 30k - 60k

Roles:

Lead and manage complete HR operations from Head Office
Oversee HR functions across all company units PAN India
Ensure statutory compliance (Labour Laws ESIC PF Bonus Gratuity etc.)
Conduct regular HR audits and compliance reviews at units
Handle payroll coordination attendance & leave management
Manage recruitment onboarding & employee lifecycle management
Implement HR policies SOPs & performance management systems
Handle employee grievances & disciplinary matters
Coordinate with consultants & authorities for statutory matters
Prepare HR MIS reports for management review

Qualification:

Graduate (Mandatory)
MBA - HR (Preferred)
Open to PAN India travel for unit visits & audits
