Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Schedule interviews and update candidate status in Zoho Recruit.
Collect documents release offers and follow up until joining.
Initiate BGV and create employee profiles in Zoho/Namely.
Coordinate with IT/Admin for smooth onboarding.
Track onboarding completion and mandatory trainings.
HR Operations
Maintain employee master data and HR records.
Track leave attendance payroll inputs and transfers.
Support internship lifecycle and full & final settlement.
Maintain insurance and compliance documentation (including POSH).
HRIS & Documentation
Ensure accurate data updates in HR systems.
Maintain training PIP promotion and compensation records.
Employee Support
Assist with employee queries and engagement activities.
Support rewards & recognition and HR events.
Ensure adherence to workplace policies.
Requirements
Graduate (HR preferred)
02 years experience in HR Operations/Coordination
Basic knowledge of HRMS/ATS (Zoho preferred)
Strong coordination communication and attention to detail
