HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter (Contract)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on business requirements)
Industry Preference: Manufacturing Industry

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and manufacturing positions across multiple functions. The candidate should have experience in manufacturing hiring and possess strong sourcing screening and stakeholder management skills to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelines.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and manufacturing positions.
• Handle hiring for Production Maintenance Quality Projects EHS Supply Chain Stores Procurement Utility Engineering and other plant functions.
• Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri LinkedIn references social media and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate interviews with business stakeholders and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage offer discussions salary negotiations and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain recruitment trackers candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and niche manufacturing roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
• 2 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Prior experience in manufacturing engineering industrial or plant hiring is preferred.
• Experience in hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar plant positions will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
