Job Summary:
Linde Engineering India (LEI) is a well-known TEPC player providing Basic Detailed Engineering and EPC services for Natural Gas Processing order to cater to growing demand for basic/detail engineering services for such units we are in the process of strengthening existing team of process engineers at India Vadodara location. A suitable candidate with comprehensive experience in Natural Gas Liquefaction Nitrogen Removal Helium Recovery and Liquefaction LNG regasification basic/detail design commissioning and operations is desired.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Process & Systems Engineering during Basic FEED and Detailed engineering stages and typical activities would include.
- Development of Process Design Basis in consultation with Owner/PMC
- Preparation of process design deliverables such as process flow diagrams heat and material balance equipment process datasheets package unit specifications utility consumption summary etc.
- Effective communication and interface with various external agencies for catalyst / rotating equipment suppliers
- Preparation of piping and instrumentation diagrams carry out line/pipe sizing activities preparation of control valve and instrument basic specifications Cause & Effect diagrams process control narratives operating manuals DCS graphics start-up/shutdown summary participation in pre-commissioning/commissioning/start-up activities.
- Participate and provide process insights during several project reviews such as PFD P&ID HAZOP SIL 3D Model reviews.
- Analysis of existing plant operations to provide suggestions for debottlenecking improvement in energy efficiency etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor or Master of Chemical Engineering
- Deep understanding of LNG/NGL technologies with substantial experience in Basic FEED detailed engineering of Natural Gas Liquefaction Nitrogen Removal Helium Recovery and Liquefaction LNG regasification plants.
- Experience in developing simulation models using process simulators is desirable.
- Pre-commissioning commissioning operation experience would be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural team environment.
- A collaborative team player who is comfortable working with colleagues of diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
- Must possess good communication interfacing and influencing skills.
Experience Requirement:
About 15-20 yrs (Out of which minimum 8-10 yrs experience in Natural Gas Liquefaction Nitrogen Removal Helium Recovery and Liquefaction LNG regasification sector is required).
Candidate with strong Engineering background working with Licensors or EPC contractors shall only be entertained.
