Job Summary
We are currently recruiting Russian-speaking Customer Advisors for an exciting opportunity based in Lisbon Portugal supporting one of the worlds most recognized social media platforms. This is a full-time on-site role within a large international BPO environment where multilingual talent is valued and career growth is actively encouraged.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for users reaching out via chat email and phone. Your day-to-day will involve resolving account and privacy issues handling technical queries ensuring platform safety and guiding business users in making the most of their online presence. You dont need a technical background what matters most is your communication skills your empathy and your genuine desire to help people.
To be considered you need to be a native or fluent Russian speaker with a good level of English (B2 minimum) hold EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency and be ready to relocate to Lisbon if youre not already based there.
