Job Summary

Your Role
As a Customer Advisor you will:
- Handle user inquiries via chat email and phone
- Resolve account privacy and technical support issues
- Help maintain a safe and positive platform experience
- Guide business users in optimizing their online presence
Your Profile
- Native or fluent Russian speaker
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with basic digital tools and technology
- EU citizen or holder of valid Portuguese residency
