Role Overview:

As a Customer Specialist you will be the primary contact for users offering support via email chat phone and social media. From account access and billing inquiries to technical troubleshooting your focus will be on delivering efficient seamless and high-quality service throughout the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver timely and professional support across multiple channels
Assist users with account setup password recovery billing queries and identity verification
Troubleshoot technical issues while keeping customers informed every step of the way
Maintain a friendly solution-driven approach in all interactions
Accurately log and manage cases according to internal processes and guidelines

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
