Role Overview
We are seeking a Russian-speaking Operations Customer Expert to join a global tech support team. You will provide post-sales support and troubleshooting for advertisers helping them optimize campaigns on social media platforms. This role requires strong problem-solving skills technical knowledge and excellent communication in a fast-paced multilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support advertisers via phone chat and email in Russian and English.
- Resolve technical issues manage accounts and guide clients on platform tools and features.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify recurring challenges and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with a multilingual team to drive customer satisfaction and campaign success.
Requirements
- Russian: Native/Advanced English: B2
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
- Customer-focused proactive and solution-oriented
Training & Onboarding
- 15-day paid training (8 hours/day) covering systems platforms and customer management
- Weekly training allowance: 92.80 gross
- Daily training allowance: 18.56 gross
Salary & Compensation
- Without apartment: 1237.83/month
- With apartment: 1050/month
Working Hours
- 40 hours/week 8-hour shifts 1-hour lunch rotational schedule (MonSun)
