Russian-Speaking Junior Customer Support Specialist (On-site Lisbon)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Russian-speaking Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team in this role you will be the first point of contact for customers assisting them with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers via phone email and chat in Russian.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products services orders and accounts.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate timely and effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical or service-related issues.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Follow company procedures guidelines and communication standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent/C2 level of Russian and a good level of English (B2 or higher).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office CRM tools are a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
