Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product information order issues and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
- Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in French (C1 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Must be available to work on-site in Braga.
