We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Operator-Paint for our Byhalia MS location. This position is scheduled for 6:00PM-6:30AM with days off rotating on a 2-2-3 basis.

What you bring:

Minimum 2 years Manufacturing Machine Operator experience
Experience in machine set-up and computers
Must have a good understanding of how equipment operates in order to clearthe equipment safely.
High mechanical aptitude with experience trouble shooting equipment.
The ability to read and understand written instructions and product specifications.
Practical knowledge in a continuous flow automated manufacturing process.
Be a hands-on problem solver.
Experience in trouble shooting machine.
Experience in CNC Machine or mechanical background.

What you will be doing:

Operate troubleshoot and maintain all machines including but not limited to surface paint edge paint edge sanding lacquer coater and spray cabin.
Visual inspection of raw materials as entering the area and verification of quality leaving the area.

Set adjust and maintain process and machine settings.
Reports all the irregularities related to the work of subordinate devices to the supervisor.

Assists maintenance with maintenance jobs as well as perform small maintenance tasks unsupervised.
