Thats almost an additional week off in addition to your annual leave!Training and working with a supportive and fun teamThrive as part of a strong team in an exceptional work environmentEmployer referral programReward & Recognition ServicesEmployee DealsHealth & Wellbeing and Reward ProgramExclusive access to Sonder mental wellbeing appExcellent company benefits and discounts on offerDiscounted health insurance annual vaccinations and skin checksThe opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residentsThe RoleSet on beautifully landscaped gardens Classic Residences in Brighton East provides exquisite surrounds and exceptional facilities in a place where community spirit exciting opportunity has become available for a customer-focused and experienced Village Administrator to join the team on a permanent fulltime role will involve providing customer service to our residents and visitors supporting the general operation of the village as well as providing direct support to the Village addition to this your tasks will include assisting on reception managing maintenance requests and invoice to the Business Servies & Assistant Village Manager youll work closely with the Village Manager and the team supporting them across a range of administrative and operational tasks including:Handling a high volume of daily maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding issuesEnsuring communication is maintained between departmentsManaging the Keyton App content and assisting users Providing professional courteous customer service to residents visitors and contractorsManaging reception duties and responding to incoming enquiriesSupporting the Village Manager with administrative tasks and daytoday operationsMaintaining accurate data records and assisting with invoicingCoordinating contractor inductions and supporting EHS complianceConducting resident welfare checks and managing followups where requiredPreparing newsletters and community communicationsAssisting with the planning and coordination of community events and activitiesConfidently acting as the onsite point of contact and overseeing daily village operations in the absence of the Village ManagerCarrying out adhoc operational or residentsupport duties as directed by the Village Manager ShiftsMonday: 9am to 5pmTuesday: 9am to 5pmWednesday: 9am to 5pmThursday: 9am to 5pmAbout YouFor this role you will have excellent diligence and organisational skills coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks. Your strong customer service skills will allow you to effectively consult with our residents and visitors. To be successful in your application you will have the following;Administration and demonstrated customer service experienceDemonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) and ability to pick up new systemsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse communityExceptional interpersonal skillswith a bubbly approachable personality that helps build trust and rapport with residents families and team membersBe highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasksWillingness to learn and professionally developA professional initiative-taking and can-do to Join the FunIf youre passionate about fostering a vibrant well-run and caring community for independent seniors wed love to hear from you!
