As an Executive Assistant within Hitachi Energys Service Business you will provide dedicated administrative support to one primary manager with limited support for a second manager as needed. This role operates within a professional service environment where organization accuracy and followthrough are essential. You will coordinate schedules meetings and administrative workflows that help the supported leader stay focused informed and prepared. The position is centered on dependable administrative execution clear communication and effective coordination within the Service organization.
How Youll Make an Impact
Provide daytoday administrative support across scheduling coordination and documentation
May handle some invoice administration and related followup activities
Prepare meeting materials capture minutes and track action items
Assist with reports presentations and organization charts
Coordinate bookings events and visitor arrangements
Manage entrance cards and visitor registrations
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
High school diploma required
10 or more years of experience in an executive assistant role
Experience working in a service operations or projectdriven environment preferred
Proficiency in Office365 with clear English communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing needs in a fastpaced setting
